ABOUT KTR CONSUMER SERVICE
Health insurance companies have a lot of information about their insureds. They can provide some of this information to the insured in their electronic health record (ePA). For this purpose, gematik has specified the KTR Consumer. Worldline was the first company in Germany to have the KTR Consumer approved by gematik.
It is operated in a specially secured environment (VAU), which meets the highest security standards and ensures that no access can be made to the insured's data. Via a standardized interface, the delivered data from your inventory system is entered into the ePA of your insured person(s) without interruption. This is verified by regular audits.
To give you control over the operation of the KTR Consumer Service, you can receive regular reports on various factors (KPI). This can be, for example, the number of posted documents, the duration of the posting or the process duration of the individual work steps in order to optimize the cooperation between your inventory system and the ePA system.
